Terms and Policies
1. Introduction
Welcome to TOCCA Japanese Shiatsu Massage Salon. By booking a massage or related service with us, you agree to abide by the following terms and policies, which are designed to ensure a safe, respectful, and professional experience for all clients.
2. Booking Policies
Scheduling: Appointments can be made online, by phone, or via text message. We recommend scheduling appointments in advance to ensure availability.
Cancellation Policy: To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. If a cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the reservation time, a cancellation fee equivalent to the full reservation amount will be charged. Upon cancellation, the specified Venmo or Zelle account will be billed for the cancellation fee. Until this payment is completed, future reservations may not be accepted.
Special Circumstances: We understand that emergencies and health-related reasons may arise. Please contact us directly to discuss such situations. This policy is designed to ensure fairness and clarity for all customers.
Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, your session may be shortened to ensure fairness to other clients. We will make every effort to provide the best experience within the remaining time.
3. Payment Policies
Payment Methods: We accept several payment methods, including cash, Venmo, and Zelle. Payment is due after the service is completed. In the event of a cancellation, please arrange payment via Venmo or Zelle.
Please note that we currently do not accept credit card payments. We appreciate your understanding and kindly ask that you prepare an alternative payment method.
Refund Policy: Services rendered are non-refundable. If you are dissatisfied with your service, please let us know within 24 hours.
4. Client Responsibilities
Health Conditions: Please inform us of any existing health conditions, injuries, or allergies that may affect your treatment.
Behavior Policy: We strive to create a respectful and safe environment. Any inappropriate or disruptive behavior will result in immediate termination of the session. You are responsible for payment for the full duration of your scheduled appointment.
5. Privacy Policy
Data Collection: We collect necessary client information, such as contact details, to manage appointments and provide quality services. We only collect information relevant to providing our services.
Data Usage and Security: Client information is kept confidential and is not shared with third parties unless legally required.
6. Liability Disclaimer
While we prioritize the safety and well-being of our clients, we cannot be held liable for any injuries, accidents, or health conditions arising from services provided, unless due to our negligence. We recommend consulting a healthcare provider if you have any concerns about your suitability for massage therapy.
7. Changes to Policies
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and policies at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically.
